Those darn trees
No-no new baby yet. I have been unreachable and MIA because of a Douglas Fir. One fell outside our window onto a transformer and pole and took out our power and phone. We just got our phone back today-it's been out since wednesday. Of course, everyone elses phone was fixed yesterday-ours had a bit more trouble. They only fixed it today cuz I'm so pregnant- they would have waited til the 28th if I wasn't. I can go into labor now without freaking out! We have a phone, so I can call someone to watch the kids. We got a car yesterday (an AWESOME car, the best we've ever had) so I don't have to worry about calling a taxi when I'm in labor. I'm 38 weeks today. Anytime now, I'm so excited.
I used to really love trees. Now I'm starting to resent them. If they would only stay in one place!!!!!! Or should I hate the rain? Because that's when they fall-when it's been pouring. Maybe I should just hate the rain, cuz it's already on my "things that annoy Sara list." Along with all the mold it brings. Seriously, raising kids in a place where it rains alot is HARD. Everyday I find new mold patches to bleach. I'm constantly throwing away clothes that have molded just from being in the laundry hamper. Cute clothes, that melted my heart to see Bella and Hnnah wear. I'm going to stop complaining now. Life is good. Baby Abigail will soon be in my arms, I have the cutest kids in the world and the best husband ever. And Jesus draws nme closer every day.

Spoiled
that's the word running through my mind, over and over. Is blessed a better word? yesterday was so amazing. I think I have just about the sweetest husband a girl can have. He is so unfailingly sweet when it comes to ways he can bless me. He knocked my socks off(i hate that expression, but oh well) yesterday. After I wrote that entry yesterday, the day started filling with blessings from all different directions. From the inbox of my e-mail, to friends coming over bearing gifts. I felt very loved yesterday-and incredibly unworthy of the love that is given to me though my husband and friends. I don't know why, but I felt guilty and shamed by all the awesome presents i received yesterday. I just suck so bad, and people are so kind. But it brought to mind a lesson I am constantly learning about God-about His free and loving grace to dirty, nasty sinners. To us. It's so hard to accept when we're so unworthy.

It's actually probably a blessing in disguise I'm not around Elena this birthday- I can't have sugar, therefore I couldn't eat any cake she made. And that would be torture.

26
I'm 26 today! I crossed over to the late twenties. Weird. I was talking to a friend the other day (she's 32) and she was commenting on how young I was to have 3 kids already. I don't feel young to be on number 3. Maybe cuz I had Bella when I was 21. I wonder if I will ever feel like an adult. Adults are still are a separate category on my mind. I have to admit, the line has been blurring a little bit lately, though.
I am always so glad each year that my birthday is in the spring. It's usually so warm and beautiful. Spring is my absolute favorite.
I've been hit with a new sadness today. I have been blessed to spend most of my birthdays as a Christian at the Land, or around Prodigal Project. Land birthdays are the BEST. People pop up all day with a favorite possesion to give you because they love you so much, and at night they try to make your party a surprise and trick you to going up to the big house and Elena bakes the biggest cake ever and everyone pigs out on her wonderful baking. And the card! That's always been my favorite. I have every birthday card I've ever gotten from the Land. Everyone signs it, it's so special.
Today just seems like a regular day. Nathan is at work. I'm here. I guess that's normal. I wonder how many other ways I've been spoiled silly by living at the Land.
biggest cake ever

Wow
so, i just got a call from my friend Julia. She's a pretty new friend, i just met her a month or so ago at coffeehouse. She's another volunteer. Anyways, she worked out a plan where she's gonna borrow her friends truck and lend me her car til we get a new one. She's dropping it off tonite. I'm really blown away. I felt bad enough asking people for rides places-I would never ever dream of asking someone if I could borrow their car. Today was an especially hard day, too. The baby is super low and i've been having contractions. It was a hard day because I really started to think I was going to go into labor without a car here. I was prepping for delivering the baby by myself. The cool thing is how I was handling it. I kept a tight rein on myself and just prayed alot. I refused to freak out and willed my heart to be thankful. And I sincerely asked God for a car and then just left it at that. I figured He knows my needs. My prayer was specific, too-I asked for one today. I didn't expect that-but look how much I know!
I am really surprised to find that I do have friends down here. I was feeling like such a burden. My friend Liz has offered her time twice now to just take me to run errands. And she actually had fun helping me. And she loves my kids and thinks their great. That means alot, when you're hurting and need help, to have someone who wants to help and doesn't think you're a drag.
I had a really sweet experience this morning with Bella. After Nate went to work, I was super lonely so I took Bella out of her bed and put her in ours, then cuddled with her for a few hours. It was so sweet. That I am blessed enough to be able to lay down with my daughter and just cuddle her in the morning. I am so blessed that I am free to make them number 1.
Thanks to anyone who has been praying for us.

Rainbows and Sparkles
So I was half serious about the joke I made about getting the car back and having another $400 problem go wrong on it. I thought that would be pretty bad.
Well, I just talked to the mechanic, and for the parts alone it would be $1200. The only reaction in my heart was laughter. When things are this bad, God always has done something to make it into rainbows and sparkles. Hey, pray for us, too, I found an apartment on Grant St, 5 houses from where we used to live, that is available April 1st. And we're getting money back from taxes, so we can actually move now. We wouldn't need a car as bad, if we lived down there.

Well, i said goodbye to the pity party and decided to go back to just coping. I realized something today, though. I have been terribly, horribly, wonderfully spoiled my whole Christian walk, til we moved down here. Actually, since even before I was a Christian, by the Christians I knew. Before now, I was involved in 2 real, loving, close knit comunities. Prodigal Project and Hope church in michigan. In addition to those two communities, I was also semi-adopted into the most wonderful family on the planet- the Bells. I have been surrounded by exceptional people that have taken the bible literally, and reached out to whoever is in need, sacrificilly. Nathan and I have had so much love showered on us, when we were students at the Land being discipled, to being newlyweds at Hope church, and then when we were staff again at the Land. After I had Bella the church did a rotation and made us meals for a month, cleaned my house, and brought us groceries. That was something they did for every new mom, every new baby. That's the kind of thing I'm used too. That's what I viewed as normal. But it's not. I was really angry yesterday. I've repented and realized that it matters what kind of Christian I am. I want to walk in the footsteps of all the people in my life that have poured themselves out for me and for everyone around them.

Bitterness
yup. Soooooooooooooooooooooooo bitter. I'm fighting it, but it's pretty strong right now. What does it take to get a little bit of help here? I mean, c'mon, I'm pregnant, I have gestational diabetes, I need to get my insulin and FOOD. NO ONE I've called for a ride seems like they even care that they're saying no. I'm not asking for a ride to go have fun or anything. I'm deeply hurt that I can't seem to get help from anyone, and my heart is trying to protect itself from the pain by producing bitterness. And what makes it worse is it's so humiliating. I HATE asking for help-especially when I know i'll probably get turned down. Please pray for me, I really need more insulin, I need to get to costco, and I have a doctors appointment Friday. Our van came home last night and had to go back in today. We get an estimate tommorow.
Oh man. I'm really sad.

Life is hard right now, but it's such a managable hard I've actually been really grateful. I've been learning what I really need to function-and it's not very much. I've been discovering strength in myself i thought was gone. There was no sarcasm in my last few posts-I'm truly, honestly grateful for all the things that have made the hard things easy.
Oh, by the way, our van is fixed!!!!!! And the mechanic shaved off a hundred dollars from the price he quoted me.

God's Timing
This is a gift from the Lord that constantly amazes me. Bella and Hannah and I all had the stomach flu this past week. Bella got it first, then me, then Hannah. But with no overlapping. God knows I couldn't have handled them both being sick at once. And I definately couldn't have taken care of them-the shape I was in. And it just happened to be Nate's day off, the day I got sick. So he took care of me all day, and watched the kids. Then, as soon as I laid down last night to go to sleep, feeling SO much better, Hannah started throwing up. It's interesting, cuddling a sick toddler all night in their fire truck toddler-sized bed. I always sleep with the kids when their sick, and as Hannah's bed has a plastic sheet and ours doesn't, hers was the obvious choice. It's so amazing how much comfort I bring her, just by holding her in my arms. Everything I do now is laying a foundation for what kind of relationship we'll have when their older. Hannah won't remember me sleeping in her bed with her, comforting her all night as she threw up, and losing almost a whole nights sleep myself. But it builds into her associating me with comfort and support. I love my girls.

I am truly, honestly, grateful for a few things right now.
1-I have a bathtub to do laundry in.
2-It has a shower attachment
3-I have a seemingly endless supply of hot water
4-I don't have to heat water to do laundry
5-That I even have running water
6-That I have antibacterial soap to wash the laundry with
Praise God

I'm getting rather proud of my coping skills. Bella gets sick on all her bedding? No problem, I'll wash it in the bathtub!! With dish soap! (I don't have a washer, a car to get to the laundromat, or a friend I can call for help.) Running low on the food I'm supposed to snack on? I'll live on peanut butter!
I hope another $400 dollar problem doesn't go wrong on the van when we get it back.
But if it does, I have my little house on the prairie books for inspiration.

This week has been so crazy- I don't even know where to start. Our van finally quit last Saturday. It's been in the shop since Monday. God's timing is so perfect. Two of our dear friends came on Saturday to visit for a few days, and they were able to get Nathan up and down the hill to the bus stop for work. And run us to do the errands we needed to do. They were also generous enough to offer to get our car towed with their triple A card. Thanks, Elena and Curtis!!!
It'll be another $379 to get it fixed. So we've spent almost $800 dollars to get it worked on in the past month. Where on earth does all this extra money come from? I do our budget, and we don't make this much. It sucks that our car is broken, but we actually have the money to fix it, which is a miracle. Another little cool side note to God's timing- it rained every morning Curtis and Elena were here- when Nathan had a ride down to the bus. The weather was perfect today. He had to walk all the way down, but praise God, not in the rain! We live on a mountain, and it's almost 3 miles down to the highway. He's been able to hitch back up when needed, too. My wonderful husband. He works so hard for us.
My blood sugar is finally stablized. I think the Sweet Success nurses (the gestational diabetes program) were the problem. I would go in with good numbers, and they kept adding in the bad numbers and stressing me out. My doctor said I didn't have to see them anymore. Stress elevates blood sugar, but how do you keep from being stressed when something is stressful? Usually that adds more stress.
And I had a non-stress test yesterday, and the results were perfect. The baby is really healthy.
The sun is out today and I feel terrific. The air is like a kiss from Jesus.

I think this little baby is more contrary then me! The other day she moved once in 8 hours. I was getting rather concerned, so I went in for a non-stress test. The exact second they strapped the monitor on, she started moving like crazy, and had an absolutely perfect non-stress test. And she moved like normal the rest of the day.
Crazy baby. I really want to meet her. I'm getting all those mushy warm melty newborn baby feelings, like the kind you get when you first hold a new baby in your arms. I'm 34 weeks and counting down every hour. Kind of an exhausting way to live, especially if you're 6 weeks from your due date. I can't believe it's already the middle of march. I will definately have her in my arms next month!
Nathan and I actually went on a date last night. It was only an hour and a half long, but any time alone is a miracle. It was so weird driving to get him without my little ones in the back. And being able to get out of the car without my two little sidekicks. It was kinda of a bummer though, (and a blessing too), we got waylaid by a homeless guy that really wanted to talk, so half our date was witnessing to him.
But oh what a relief to just feel like a normal adult with no responsibilities for an hour. Usually the only time we go out is to do ministry, go to the doctor or run errands, and that can wear you down.
I wouldn't want to be away from my children for more than an hour, but every 6 months or so it's really neccesary. It totally felt like an adventure. It's actually been 9 months since we had a date last. The penalty of living far, far away from any grandparents, I guess.

Lil Bruiser is back!!! She started moving real strong again.
I realized something. The internet is a great, great, wonderful source of information, but it's not something I should be relying on to research gestational diabetes. They DO warn you to monitor your baby, and that if the baby is moving less, it's bad. But, the moving less is a side effect of pre-eclampsia, which I definately don't have. Which wasn't mentioned on one of the sites I looked at. Sigh. I feel good. I just entered back into the day-dreaming stage, wondering what this baby will look like, be like. I've been looking at pictures of Bella and Hannah as newborns. Babies are so different. Such a precious stage-and it goes so quick. I'm in week 33,and now that I'm getting closer to the end, I'm remembering what this is all for, (duh) a new little sweet baby.

It seems that we're over the rough patch of road we were experiencing. Nathan got a raise last week (10 dollars an hour, yay!) and we were able to get our van fixed. We think Jesus was holding it together-we should ahve got the serpantine belt changed 8 months ago. And our brake pads weren't too far gone-we didn't need new routers. As far as my gestational diabetes goes, I really don't know what's going on. They had me on 10 units at night, and it seemed like it was working pretty good, except for my fasting blood sugar first thing in the morning. Now, they doubled my dose, and my fastings are low, but my other numbers have been elevated. I don't know if it's from stress. I'm trying to calm down. The baby has been moving less and less, since I started the diet, and even less since I started the insulin. And less since I increased the dose. I'm 32 and a half weeks, and I just want all this to hurry up, and have a healthy baby in my arms!!!!! I always took healthy pregnancy and healthy outcomes and babies for granted. Not anymore. Now I have to fight from being scared stiff. If she would just MOVE more. It's more unsettling because she was such an active baby. I miss those weeks when it felt like she was bruising my insides.
I have a non-stress test tommorow, to see how the baby is doing. I was annoyed when I found out I had to do them once a week, but now I'm GLAD.
Oh, and thanks to whoever prayed for me, about the shots. I don't mind them at all now.

Insulin
I've had a wake up call about my health lately. my health is always something i've been careless with. I guess I think I'm still a teenager, when I just trashed my body (I lived on ciggerates and coffee, mostly, with bagels) and nothing ever had any long-term effect. I'm dealing with an illness now that if I don't keep the changes I've had to make, and actually make more drastic changes once I have this baby, I will almost certainly have diabetes within 5 years. Ouch. What a slap in the face. I'm not invincible. I was so confidant that jsut changing my diet would resolve my high blood sugars. Which brings me to the next thing that's freaking me out-the insulin. I have to give myself shots-in the belly. Where my baby lives. I think Christie and Elena summed up how I feel about that- (they said the same thing) it's just creepy.
Maybe I'm overreacting, I don't know. The shots don't hurt at all, except in my mind. I dread it all day. But, thank God, it's just once a day. Insulin dependant diabetics have to do four shots a day.
All of this has brought home in a new way my absolute frailty and dependance on God.
Please pray for me, that it'll get easier to do the shots.

Tunnel Vision
I realize I suffer from this ailment. I can be doing great, sailing along, feeling content and capable and happy, and then I have ONE DAY where I'm depressed or upset and all memory of the happy time flees my mind. And I think I've been depressed for days.
Alot of times, all i can see of myself and my life is right in that moment. Just like I'm in a tunnel. God used a funny strange way to break me out of my last tunnel. I had two very strange dreams. I was really worried about provision. We've had to get fronted money every month from Nate's boss just to pay the next months rent, and now with this diabetes thing, I have to eat really well, which is more expensive. And our car is breaking. Anyway, I had a simple dream about a random lady giving us her car.
I woke up feeling so refreshed. It put a hope back in me that had been slipping away-that God can provide anywhere, anytime, through anyone. That I just have to chill out and trust. He doesn't want me worrying. He wants me happy. It's so easy to look ahead, to when the things we have run out. But right now, in this moment, we have everything we need. It's no use looking to the day when our car finally breaks. Right now, we have a car.
I had another deam a few day later, a very strange one. In my dream, I accidently discovered a bunch of classified secrets. The cia found out and took me and my family away to the mountains, to lock us up. They payed for everything-we didn't have to take care of ourselves at all. This dream carried so much peace with it. I woke up feeling even better. The subject of the dreams didn't matter-God injected them with so much peace and hope and confidence, that I feel that I am out of the wrong tunnel, and in the right one. It's good to have the kind of tunnel vision that takes no thought of food, drink, shelter, but rests securely and completely in the arms of God. The kind of tunnel vision that is obedient to the words of Jesus.

Why am I crazy?
I think my craziness is 60% hormones, 20% sin, 10 percent lack of sleep and coffee, 7 percent manufactured stress, and 3 percent real stress. I don't want to blame it ALL on hormones, even though it's tempting. Seriously though, i feel nuts. I swing back and forth between mood extremes all day long. I get soooooo depressed, then incredibly elated. It probably doesn't help that I haven't been getting to sleep til between 3 and 5 in the morning, because my kids are sick. And I'm so sick of the rain and cold. I should have factored lack of sun into that equation.
I've been reading Laura Ingalls book "The Long Winter" Now, there's a real hard time. They had to twist hay into sticks every day all day long just to keep from freezing-they weren't even warm. And they took turns grinding wheat by hand in a coffee mill, just to have enough bread for each meal. And thats all they had. I'm upset because I have to eat every 2 hours-and I have the food to eat.
Discontent is poisonous. And it's like yeast. It spreads and grows and feeds off anything sweet. I pray for contentment.

Answered Prayer Hidden Blessing
i'm really excited about this diabetes thing. This hasn't been the healthiest pregnancy for me. Many times, I've gone for the box of kraft mac and cheese instead of cooking a chicken breast or eating some vegetables. I didn't make enough time to take care of myself. But I have no choice now. If I can't get my blood sugar numbers normal in the next two weeks, bye bye home birth, and hello to more health risks- for me and the baby. It's forcing me to make choices I already wanted to make-but have been to lazy to do. For example-no sweets, AT ALL. Not even ketchup. I have lacked the willpower this pregnancy to be strict about what I eat, and to really pay attention to my protein, veggie, fruit, carb intake. But now I have to stick to very strict guidelines about even the timing of when I eat. I haven't had any sugar today, and I already feel so much better. So many problems I was having that I just attributed to being pregnant for the third time is actually linked to gestational diabetes. I was so much less tired today.
This is definately a blessing.

I just had to take my three hour glucose tolerance test today.
I am not glucose tolerant. I am a gestational diabetic.
I kind of figured. I thought that the management of it was simple-but I was wrong.
Here I go into diabetic land. I'm really praying I'll still be able to deliver at home.

Nathan
It's amazing what a comfort and relief marriage is. Yesterday, I was having a wretched day. But as soon as I heard Nathan's voice as he was walking up to the side of the van (i pick him up from the bus stop every day) so much tension just flowed away. I have something so valuable and incredible, most of the world spends most of their life hunting for it- and not very many succeed, if the divorce rates are to be believed.
I am spending my life with my absolute number 1 best friend of all time. But isn't it strange that it's only possible to have the kind of marriage we do have becuase we don't put each other first? We never have. Jesus is first in out hearts and it's because of that committment that we can have a healthy beautiful marriage.
Just being around Nathan makes everything better and seem easier. Hard things become laughable. I've never met anyone who can make me laugh the way he does. And he knows me in a way no human has ever known me-he's seen me at my absolute worse-physically and emotionally. And he still loves me. That's a supernatural gift from God, let me tell you, cuz my worse is BAD.
We're celebrating our 5th anniversary the end of April. I'm just honored and blown away again, that a man like Nathan loves me, and that after 5 years, after KNOWING me for 5 years, he would marry me all over again.

Attack
Life seems very heavy lately. For both me and Nate. We're back in the "drag". You know, one it seems like your whole life revolves with maintaining. Just to sustain our life here, he has to work 6 days a week at a job he enjoys, thank God, but in the long run is meaningless. How do the majority of poeple in the world live like this for 20, 30, 40 years? A very wise friend (if you're reading this, Rae, I'm talking about you!!) told me that if you look at every thing in your life in terms of seasons (asd in, this isn't going to last forever) anything is bearable. Maybe, even enjoyable. I know part of the reason I'm feeling so worn thin is that I'm pregnant. It just makes the mood swings i already deal with more intense. Poor Nate, his whole life is supporting us. At least I get to be around the kids, and go out and try to minister.
This little baby is killing me. She already feels like she weighs ten pounds. And I have two months left!!!!!!!!! I think about the women i know with 5 or more kids and I shake my head and marvel. I will die if I get pregnant again. I'll die. There's nothing left to give, physically. I'm so grateful for my kids, though-and the ease i had (at least) in GETTING pregnant. I'm skeptical about the baby being a girl. Hopeful, but skeptical. This baby is such an explorer. I really want to be done with having kids. I want to pour myself into the ones I have. I'm so ready to have this baby. I already ordered and received the birth supplies i needed to get.

Baby Abigail?????
I had an ultrasound today-I've been having some weirdness going on and I wanted to make sure everything was ok. The machine was old, the screen was small, and my littlest baby did her best to hide. We think we caught her, but she might actually turn out to be a he. So I'm back where I wanted to be-clueless. At least about whether the prize fighter in my belly is Abigail or Yehoshua. The doctor was pretty sure she was a girl- but one couple she told that to (the dad was a hardcore marine and this was their first baby) painted the room pink with a border of bows and got all pink clothing and blankets, and after a loooooooooooooooong labor, out popped a 9 and a half pound boy.
Or, my dear friend Star, who had three ultrasounds, at each one she was told the baby was a boy, and oops, out comes Maryam.
We're kinda sick of just saying "the baby" all the time, so this morning we were trying to think of gender neutral names we could say til the baby is born. I hate how alot of people refer to an unborn baby as "it". Nathan really liked the name "Pat" as in the Saturday night Pat (he was joking, of course), but oh gosh, GROSS!!!! I don't want to think of my baby in connection with that. T.B (the baby) sounds too much like a sickness, and anything else i can think of is too girly.
We got some really cute pictures. One of them is a face shot and the baby smushed up her/his lips in a kissy face pose.
God is so good to our little family. Actually, not so little anymore!
We're past the point of replacing ourselves.

Adaptation
I lived in (what seemed to me) the middle of nowhere for 2 years. During that time, and to some extent the year and a half before it, I had NO friends that weren't christian. And not much personal contact, either. And living in Leggett did something weird to me. I got used to driving on the highway and seeing maybe 3 cars, in a half-hour drive, except during the tourist season. I was so scared to move down here and drive on the freeway! It was such culture shock moving down here. To walk down the street in downtown santa cruz and see hundreds of people at one time. It took me a month to get over the wonder of a 24 hour grocery store within a 5 minute drive. The store in Leggett closed at 8 and thought that was late! But the hardest thing to get over was how ackward i felt around other people. We came down here to open up an outreach house, for goodness sake, and I barely knew how to start a conversation with a stranger any more. But the will and desire was there, to tell people about Jesus, and to share my life as a witness to the Lord. My prayers were rather desperate, and it's been getting easier and easier. I felt such a breakthrough last night. I was all over the coffeehouse talking to people. It was great. I felt natural again, and unrestrained. I feel less and less weird every day. And the love i feel for these kids!!! whoever is reading this that is a praying woman, or man, please pray for those kids down there. Their so sweet and lost. Pray that God would open a way for us to be closer again, that we would have a house easily accesible, within walking distance, to downtown. We're a half -hour away, and we want people to know where we live. Most homeless kids have a sphere they move in, and they don't go far from that. We're on top of a mountain. We bring people up here when we are given the opportunity, but it's not enough. We need somewhere people can walk over and hang out. We were doing a community meal once a week too, and it would be awesome to get that going again, along with a bible study.
And with the two girls, and one on the way, the closer the better for us!!!!
I am blessed and excited for what's happening down here. It really seems like God is starting to move more and more.

For some reason, I'm really into just sharing songs and pictures lately
Here's a great song that has always really touched my heart.
Mercy Moves Me
by 100 Portraits off the Five Wise Virgins cd
Love is Patient
Love is Kind
Your mercy moves me everytime
Love is Patient
Love is Kind
Your mercy moves me everytime
When you found me hiding out
I thought
You would
take a hammer to my brow
But You pushed away the crowds
and cried
and pressed
Your lips against my head
I was sleeping in a bed
with another woman
I was standing in smoke
rising from the gun
I was drunk
I couldn't stand
Drowning in a bottle
O You found me
covered up my head
Love is Patient
Love is Kind
Your mercy moves me everytime
Love is Patient
Love is Kind
Your mercy moves me everytime
When you found me hiding out
I thought
You would
take a hammer to my brow
But You pushed away the crowds
and cried
and pressed
Your lips against my head
I was hiding in the dark
when they found the body
I was swearing by the truth
I was living a lie
I was holding out a hand
to take what was not mine
O You found me
could not lift my head
Love is Patient
Love is Kind
Your mercy moves me everytime
Love is Patient
Love is Kind
Your mercy moves me everytime
When you found me hiding out
I thought
You would
take a hammer to my brow
But You pushed away the crowds
and cried
and pressed
Your lips against my head
O when you found me
O I could not even lift
my head to pray
So ashamed
could not look you in the eye
As when You reached down
and held my heart
my hand
and drew me close
kissed me on my face
You called me your own
Love is Patient
Love is Kind
Your mercy moves me everytime
Love is Patient
Love is Kind
Your mercy moves me everytime
When you found me hiding out
I thought
You would
take a hammer to my brow
But You pushed away the crowds
and cried
and pressed
Your lips against my head
I identify with parts of this song, not all-
I was the one drowning in the bottle
